Its demographics are as follows; 14.5% German; 13.1% American; 11.8% Irish; 9.6% English; 8.1% African American. The economy for this state is based upon major industries such as natural gas, aircraft, and food to name a few. Oklahoma’s gross state product is estimated at $134.6 billion.

Oklahoma has a continental climate and suffers extremes of temperature. Most of the state of Oklahoma sits in what is known as Tornado Alley and they suffer an average of 54 tornadoes per year. The average temperatures are; 26-46 degrees in the winter to 71-96 degrees in the summer.
